Oslo 2009 – codename “Freezy Fish” – Part 1 of 2
Today, or as this is posted, yesterday, me and my bearded uncle braved the chilling north to get a glimpse of Oslo’s “new” Opera House. Being the people we are, I was barley able to step out of bed and he was late by and hour before we got on our way.
The results are interesting, it seems that I will be able to publish a small series of four of my better HDR pictures of the voyage “abroad” – as it were. Tastefully dubbed “Mirror’s Edge”, the theme is the cold of winter, metal and glass that is western architecture of a modern age.
I will release two of the ready pictures tonight and then do a full update tomorrow, giving some background on the Opera House, the pictures and maybe even the ugly mug of my dear uncle.
